Eurojackpot Categories and Prizes

In each Eurojackpot drawing, 50% of the sales are destined to prizes, taking into account the total of the bets validated in Spain and in the rest of the countries where the product is sold, distributed in 12 categories of variable prizes. Bets that match the following "numbers" and "suns" are awarded prizes.

First category: Bottoms and Boats

The Eurojackpot establishes a guaranteed prize pool of €10 million for the first draw of each cycle. In the event that there are no winners in a draw in the first prize category, the amount allocated to that category (11% of sales) will become part of an accumulated jackpot that will be allocated to the prize of the same category in the next draw. The same will happen with the prizes of the rest of the categories, since in "Eurojackpot" there may be jackpots in any of its prize categories.

Rest of categories

In the event that there are no winners in a draw in the first prize category, the amount allocated to that category (11% of sales) will become part of an accumulated jackpot that will be allocated to the prize of the same category in the next draw. The same will happen with the prizes of the rest of the categories, since in "Eurojackpot" there may be jackpots in any of its prize categories.

Prize limits

The first category prize of a draw, including the accumulated jackpot, cannot exceed 120 million euros. If such amount is exceeded in a drawing, the excess over the 120 million euros will be allocated to the second prize category. The maximum jackpot was 90 million euros previously, but was increased to 120 million euros as of the draw on March 25, 2022.

If in 12 consecutive draws there are no winners in the first category, in the following draw, the jackpot accumulated up to that moment for that category will be obligatorily distributed
